Iβm Charlotte. I was born in France and Hawaii is having a very special place in my heart for my own Health and Wellbeing Transformation.
Aloha is in fact more than just a friendly way of saying hello and goodbye. βAloβ means presence and βhaβ means breath, so itβs more literal meaning is βthe presence of breathβ or βthe breath of lifeβ. Itβs a way of living and being, which begins with treating ourselves with love and letting that love spread outwards. That sentiment is really what drives what I do.

I want to help identify your personal health challenges, support them with ongoing practices, a plan and feedback, find and explore what works for you to stick to it and have sustainable results.
As a health coach I see people as individuals, indeed someone's food can be someone elseβs poison. Working with me gives more accountable results in the long term. Diet does not work in the long run, and it does not fit everyone. We are amazingly all different, with differing needs, goals, abilities and values.
